You Bring:

• 1 to 2 years admin experience 
• 1 to 2 years Operations Admin or support experience 
• Marketing/ Digital Marketing Support experience
• Valid Driver's License 

What You’ll Do For The Brand:

Operational

• Work cross-functionally with internal Hollywoodbets teams on a variety of projects.
• Provide daily support to team members and affiliates.
• Respond to incoming calls and emails and relay messages.
• Provide support for ad hoc administrative and reporting tasks and be able to prioritize these effectively.
• Drive the delivery/execution of all campaigns accurately and on time on various channels.
• Delivering quality work, on time and according to instructions
• Campaign conceptualization and implementation in collaboration with Team Support
• Identify affiliate partnership opportunities as well as new business opportunities
• Assisting where possible with projects
• Competitor and trend analysis to ensure our affiliate partner programme remains innovative and ahead of
  competition
• Creating, maintaining and troubleshooting tacking links.
• Assisting the affiliate marketing team with the development and implementation of online marketing
  promotional content including newsletters and direct email advertisements for mass email campaigns.
• Working with management to organize and coordinate meeting with affiliates to improve the ongoing
  relationships that we have with our affiliates.
• Assisting the affiliate marketing team with daily tasks and projects using the affiliate software, including the
  updating of banners and communications on our Affiliate System.
