Job Description - All -Round Marketer

This is a broad, all -rounder position for someone who can think strategically but isn't afraid to get stuck into execution. You'll be responsible for shaping our marketing direction, building campaigns from the ground up, and managing the day -to -day across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

Audit current marketing activity and identify gaps and opportunities across all three brands

Develop and maintain a rolling marketing strategy aligned to business goals

Report on performance and make data -led recommendations to the director

CRM Management

Own and manage our GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM, including pipelines, automations, and lead workflows

Maintain data integrity and ensure all contacts are properly tagged and segmented

Build and optimise automated email and SMS sequences for lead nurture

Social Media

Manage organic social media across all three brands (primarily Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn)

Plan and produce content calendars, copy, and basic creative assets

Grow audience engagement and brand awareness in our target markets

SEO

Manage on -page and technical SEO across our websites

Produce or coordinate regular blog and content output to drive organic traffic

Monitor rankings and implement improvements using tools such as SEMrush or similar

Paid Advertising

Plan, build, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta and Google Ads

Monitor budgets, optimise performance, and report on ROAS and cost per lead

Test creatives and audiences to improve campaign efficiency over time

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a broad digital marketing role, ideally within property, financial services, or a similarly regulated or trust -led sector

Hands -on experience with a CRM platform (GoHighLevel experience is a strong advantage)

Confident running paid social and Google Ads campaigns with real budget accountability

Solid understanding of SEO principles and content marketing

Organised, self -driven, and comfortable managing multiple brands simultaneously

Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail
