About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for a driven and results -focused Appointment Setter to join a growing business development team. This is a fully outbound, cold -calling role suited to someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships from scratch, and generating new business opportunities. This is not a role where leads are provided. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, building target lists, engaging decision -makers, and securing qualified appointments.
The Role
The Appointment Setter will play a key role in driving business growth through proactive outbound prospecting and appointment generation.
Responsibilities include:
â Researching and identifying prospective client companies.
â Building and maintaining a pipeline of target accounts.
â Conducting high volumes of outbound cold calls daily.
â Engaging senior decision -makers including CEOs, Founders, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Managers, and Operations Directors.
â Qualifying opportunities and booking appointments.
â Following up with prospects through multiple touchpoints.
â Maintaining accurate CRM records and activity logs.
â Consistently achieving activity, pipeline, and appointment -setting targets.
Key Responsibilities
â Generate new leads through LinkedIn, company websites, online directories, and market research.
â Make between 80–150+ outbound cold calls per day.
â Introduce services confidently and professionally to prospective clients.
â Handle objections effectively and maintain engagement with prospects.
â Secure qualified appointments with decision -makers.
â Keep detailed records of conversations, outcomes, and next actions within the CRM.
â Work independently while managing daily priorities and targets.
â Consistently achieve agreed KPIs and appointment -setting goals.
