The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative assistance to the Group companies.

What you bring:

• 2-3 Years Administrative Management .
• Computer Microsoft office. 

Bonus To Have:

• Valid driver’s license 

What You’ll Do for The Brand: 

• Responsible for administrating the approval process for group expenditure by utilizing the Group approval system. 
• Consolidating and emailing required reports as requested by Management.
• Responsible to ensure the vouchers process is followed.
• Ensure all subsistence and reimbursement forms are correlated and validated and submitted to payroll before deadline. 
• Responsible for administrating AODS either daily or on an ad-hoc basis.
• Execute any operational tasks or secretarial duties as directed from time to time.
• Daily monitoring of emails including week-ends is a requirement. Available 24/7 in case of emergencies.
• Actively promote the Hollywood values. Live the values and lead as an example to the team.
• Continuously looking to improve efficiency and effectiveness through ongoing learning and new techniques.
