Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Assist the General Manager with the overall management and day-to-day operations of the lodge
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain exceptional standards of guest service and hospitality
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Support the leadership and management of lodge staff
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations across all departments
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with staff training, development and performance management
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee guest relations and ensure a consistently personalised guest experience
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with operational administration, stock control and financial procedures
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain high standards across the property and ensure attention to detail at all times
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Step into the General Manager's role and take full operational responsibility when required
  
  

  
  

Key Requirements:

• 
  

  Previous experience in an Assistant General Manager, Lodge Manager or similar senior hospitality role
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Experience within a luxury lodge, hotel or high-end hospitality environment
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Strong leadership and operational management skills
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent guest relations and communication abilities
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Professional, hands-on and solutions-driven approach
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organisational and administrative skills
