Assistant Hotel Manager | Franschhoek

A luxury hotel / winery in the Franschhoek area is seeking an experienced Assistant Hotel Manager to join its leadership team.

Requirements:

â¢ Previous luxury hotel or boutique hospitality management experience

â¢ Strong leadership and people management skills

â¢ Excellent guest relations and service delivery standards

â¢ Sound operational and administrative experience

â¢ Financial and reporting knowledge advantageous

â¢ Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

â¢ Professional communication and organisational skills

â¢ Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment

Local candidates from Franschhoek and the surrounding areas are preferred.

Salary: R30,000 â R35,000 per month (Live-Out)
