Assistant Lodge Manager

Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day running of the lodge, including front-of-house, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance standards.

Guest Relations: Ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, unforgettable wilderness experience by anticipating needs and addressing queries.

Staff Management: Lead, coordinate, and train the lodge team to maintain high service levels.

Administration & Organization: Meticulously manage inventories, stock control, and daily duty rosters.

Requirements

Proven experience in a junior or assistant management role within the 4- or 5-star lodge/hospitality sector.

Exceptional organizational skills with an eagle eye for detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in computer skills for stock and admin duties.

Valid driver's license.
