A high-responsibility role supporting senior leadership in a fast-moving African business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain all administrative functions for the CEO and COO
Keep calendars, reminders, meetings, and travel schedules fully updated and coordinated
Arrange local and international travel, accommodation, visas, and logistics
Coordinate meetings, presentations, and important follow-ups
Ensure all executive files and records remain updated and organised, including insurance portfolios, vehicle registrations, contracts, licenses, and key company documentation
Manage administration related to company assets, properties, rentals, municipal accounts, maintenance schedules, quotations, and supplier communication
Register and maintain company participation in awards, rankings, conferences, and strategic industry platforms to help keep the company and leadership team visible
Assist in maintaining structure, organisation, and communication across departments* Handle highly confidential information professionally and discreetly
Report directly to the CEO, COO, and CFO
Requirements:
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Strong communication and problem-solving ability
Able to operate under pressure in a fast-paced environment
