The Sales Support team plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations. This team is responsible for supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, processing customer orders, and maintaining accurate sales records. Their work ensures timely order fulfillment, enhances customer satisfaction, and enables the sales team to focus on strategic growth.
Main Responsibilities
• Create, modify, and manage sales quotes using SalesForce CRM
• Sync quotes with opportunities to ensure accurate pricing and product details
• Support internal sales team through accurate order creation and system updates.
• Triage, reassign, amend, and close internal support tickets while tracking pending requests.
• Manage lead records, ensuring timely assignment and status updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, maintain process accuracy, and support operational efficiency.
• Minimum of 2 years experience of working in a Sales support, Revenue or Finance Operations environment is desirable.
• Knowledge of working with systems such as SalesForce is mandatory.
• Experience in power BI tools are essential.
• Experience of preparation of reports is essential.
• Knowledge of processes and Commercial reporting is important .
• Knowledge of Revenue Operations and the key drivers for Revenue Operations is essential.
