Back-End Developer (Advanced)

We are looking
for an experienced Back-End Developer to join a dynamic technology team
developing intelligent, cloud-based solutions for smart and bidirectional
vehicle charging.

The role focuses
on building and operating scalable backend applications using Node.js and AWS
serverless technologies, while contributing to modern cloud architecture,
automation, security, and continuous delivery.

Key
Responsibilities

• Develop and operate production-ready
  backend applications.
  
• Provide and support applications in a
  24/7 production environment.
  
• Build scalable solutions using
  Node.js and AWS serverless technologies.
  
• Monitor applications and services
  using AWS CloudWatch.
  
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines
  and automated deployments.
  
• Implement Infrastructure as Code
  using CloudFormation and/or Terraform.
  
• Apply cloud security principles and
  best practices.
  
• Work with both SQL and NoSQL
  databases.
  
• Identify and resolve technical risks,
  issues, and impediments.
  
• Perform unit and end-to-end automated
  testing.
  
• Ensure solutions meet quality,
  security, and delivery standards.
  
• Create and maintain technical and
  system documentation.
  
• Collaborate with customers, team
  members, and external vendors.
  
• Share knowledge, mentor colleagues,
  and support team development.
  
• Participate actively in
  Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ways of working.
  

Requirements

Essential
Skills & Experience

• 5+ years' production experience with
  Node.js, particularly in serverless environments.
  
• 3+ years' experience with automated
  testing, including unit and end-to-end testing.
  
• 3+ years' hands-on AWS serverless
  experience, including:
  
• AWS Lambda
  
• API Gateway
  
• DynamoDB
  
• SQS / SNS
  
• Kinesis
  
• S3
  
• CloudWatch
  
• Experience with Infrastructure as
  Code, preferably CloudFormation.
  
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines,
  preferably GitHub Actions.
  
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL
  databases.
  
• Experience with cloud architecture,
  Kubernetes and serverless technologies.
  
• Experience with virtual networks and
  connectivity to on-premise environments.
  
• Experience designing, configuring,
  and operating CI/CD solutions.
  
• Experience with automated deployment
  and configuration.
  
• Experience with monitoring and log
  analytics.
  
• Understanding of software design and
  architecture patterns.
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum
  environments.
  
• Experience leading or guiding IT
  teams.
