Maintain records of transactions and cleaning schedules, organizing materials and equipment. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Stay informed on bank policies to ensure compliance and quality service. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Detail-oriented with proficiency in transaction processing. Ability to manage time and adapt to various situations. Familiarity with digital banking and cleaning tools. Strong ethical standards and integrity. Previous experience in customer service or cleaning roles preferred.
