A well-established hospitality and F&B company in Riyadh is looking for a Bar Back to support its beverage station team, keeping the bar fully stocked, clean, and running smoothly across a busy multi-outlet operation.
6 months contract for Riyadh Season, Event
Responsibilities
- Restock beverage stations with juices, syrups, garnishes, ice, and other supplies throughout service
- Prepare and portion ingredients (fruit, garnishes, mixers) ahead of and during service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar/beverage station, including glassware and equipment
- Support bartenders/baristas during peak service by keeping stations supplied and running efficiently
- Monitor stock levels and flag replenishment needs to senior staff
- Ensure ice supply is maintained and handled hygienically
- Assist with setup and breakdown of beverage stations for events and daily service
- Follow all hygiene and food safety standards during preparation and service
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a bar back or in a similar support role in a hotel, restaurant, or large-scale F&B operation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Good physical stamina; comfortable with repetitive lifting and standing for extended periods
- Good communication skills and ability to work closely with bar/beverage staff
- Conversational proficiency in English
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
