We're expanding our Cape Town sales floor and looking for driven, high-energy Business Development Representatives to speak directly with US business owners, spot real funding opportunities, and guide them into the process. This is fast-paced, target-driven work on a competitive, high-performance floor — the kind of environment where energy and consistency get rewarded fast.
You don't need years of sales experience. You do need to be confident on the phone, quick to build rapport, and hungry to earn. We'll teach you the rest.

What you'll do
Make high-volume outbound calls (150–200+ dials daily) to connect with US business owners
Handle objections with confidence and keep control of conversations with decision-makers
Quickly understand a business's needs and position the right funding solution
Build and manage a healthy pipeline through sharp qualification and follow-up
Keep client records and CRM updated in real time
Consistently hit and beat daily, weekly and monthly targets
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication with a clear, confident, neutral English accent
Resilience, drive and a genuinely competitive streak — you like chasing a target
Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and speaking to decision-makers
Strong organisational habits and CRM/pipeline discipline
Eligible to work in South Africa
Fully committed to US-aligned hours: 14:00–23:00 or 15:00–00:00, on-site in Cape Town CBD
Nice to have (not essential — we train)
Outbound B2B sales or high-volume cold calling experience
Exposure to US or UK markets
Background in financial services (SMB funding, lending or finance-related sales)
