About the Role


Are you fluent in French, highly organized, and passionate about delivering top-tier customer service? We are seeking a dynamic, independent, and proactive French-Speaking Call Centre Agent to join our team in Epping, Cape Town.


In this role, you will be the bridge between our operations and our French-speaking clientele. You will manage customer queries regarding shipments, assist with administrative procedures, schedule appointments for our Paris-based sales team, and help maintain high call-handling standards across the board.


Key Responsibilities




  • Customer Support: Answer customer queries efficiently regarding their shipments, ensuring a high level of customer care.




  • Sales Support: Manage calendars and book appointments for our sales representatives based in Paris.




  • Operations & Training: Update call centre procedures, conduct training on these procedures, and monitor quality call handling.




  • Reporting: Compile and provide comprehensive weekly statistics reports regarding call centre activities to management.




  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Assist the Call Centre Manager with other tasks as required to keep operations running smoothly.




What We Are Looking For


Education & Experience:




  • Minimum of a completed High School Certificate (Bac / Matric / A-Levels).




Language Skills:




  • Excellent spoken and written French (Native or bilingual proficiency).




  • A strong command of the English language.




  • Bonus: Geographical knowledge of Paris and its surrounding areas is a major plus!
