Information Verification: Verify Deeds Office data, Title Deed entries, and instruction files to ensure complete accuracy across all records.
Document Drafting: Draft facility documents and bond documentation accurately and in strict accordance with specified banking requirements.
Compliance Management: Direct and ensure absolute FICA compliance while successfully compiling and submitting compliance packs to relevant financial institutions.
Deeds Office Liaison: Facilitate and monitor the prompt lodgement and registration processes at the Deeds Office.
Stakeholder Correspondence: Act as a central point of contact by liaising directly with clients, banks, and transferring attorneys to provide regular feedback.
Reporting and Tracking: Complete and submit detailed progress reports to banks in line with prescribed corporate processes.
Administrative Coordination: Coordinate client and attorney signature appointments, diarise files for necessary actions, and assist with general office administration tasks.
Matric certificate.
Proven track record of experience working specifically as a bond paralegal secretary.
Minimum of 5 years of recent, dedicated experience processing ABSA Bank bonds.
