Requirements
and Qualifications:

Education: BSc, BEng, or BTech in a STEM
(Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) discipline, or equivalent
experience (BTS) with relevant mining industry experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a
business analyst role within the mining industry.

Compulsory Skills:

Comprehensive knowledge of the mining
value chain, from extraction at the pit through to final product delivery at
the port.
Proficient in mining recovery processes,
Reconciliation practices,
Production accounting standards related to
mineral beneficiation.
Skilled in applying short interval control
methodologies to support agile decision -making, enhance operational efficiency,
and drive profitability
