Business System Analyst

We’re on the hunt for a Business System Analyst. Are you passionate about building smarter systems that drive real sales performance? Do you thrive in high-volume, fast-paced sales environments where data, tech, and process come together? If so, we’re eager to learn more about you!

As a Business System Analyst, you will design and optimise the systems and workflows that power our sales teams. From rethinking how our CRM, dialler and lead platforms connect, to driving automation and improving performance through better processes, you’ll play a critical role in how our sales environment runs day to day.

If you have the following:

• Experience working with CRM and sales systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)

• Strong process mapping, workflow design and system integration capability

• Experience in a sales-driven environment (BPO, financial services or telesales)

• An analytical mindset with a focus on improving efficiency and performance
