Deliver excellent customer service
Prepare products by adhering to guidelines
Adhere to butchery merchandising flow
Manage and ensure adherence to hygiene and housekeeping guidelines
Ensure all butchery administration is accurately processed
Ensure product is available to promote sales and the achievement of budget·
Lead, monitor and coach direct reports and ensure effective management and
utilisation of employees·
