The Party Management Capabilities, are the enablers of Platform Work Items and Solutions, which provide the ability to manage Party (our Customers and Suppliers and their Related Parties) Information, Party Relationships and Platform Registration. A Capability Specialist is responsible for defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful product launches for a capability.
Manages specific products or features, working closely with engineering, design, development and marketing teams.
Are you someone who can:
- Seek necessary applications/solutions for the future of the business with regards to Platform journey by evaluating existing and future capabilities and working with internal Partners and external Vendors
- Recommend stay, build or buy applications or solutions
- Determine and prepare for capability readiness, interim state proposals for Platform journey, Vendor proposals and management (initial phase and onboarding)
- Collaborate with various key partners to understand long term business and customer needs
- To Define and Document Solutions, and associated Processes and outcomes for Delivery.
- Collaborate and work effectively across all aspects of the BDLC and SDLC, working closely with other key delivery partners.
- Present recommendation to EXCO on way forward on platform transformations
- Facilitate communication and cooperation between departments to drive platform initiatives
- Provide guidance and recommendation/demos to the executions team
- Ensure the Platform solutions are designed according to platform principles
- Ensure that initiatives enhance/improves customer experience and loyalty
- Understand customer needs and leverage platform solutions to improve the customer experience
- Drive the transformation and change support in the achievement of the capability strategy by recognising areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enable the organisation to perform to its optimum ability
You will be an ideal candidate if you have:
- Education: Relevant B Degree
- Experience: 2–5 years in similar environment.
- Technical Skills:
- IFRS 9 and Regulatory Capital modelling experience.
- Strong data analytics and insights capability.
- Knowledge of monitoring systems and platforms.
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively.
- Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
