Clinical Client Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Client Consultant to serve as the primary operational link between clients (patients, doctors, and suppliers) and internal teams. The role ensures an exceptional end -to -end client experience, guiding clients through genetic testing process such as sample collection and delivery, liaising with medical aids, and ensuring all timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements are met. This full -time in -office opportunity offers micro flexible working hours, Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm.

This position exists to make the process seamless, efficient, and positive for every client's experience, while supporting internal departments in delivering accurate and timely results.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

• Grade 12
  
• Relevant administration -related qualification or a minimum of 5 years’ administration experience in the clinical or medical industry
  
• Previous experience working in the clinical or medical sector
  
• 3 years' service tenure
  
• Tech -savvy, with proficiency in modern software
  
• Empathetic, with exceptional people skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication
  
• Critical thinking and effective problem -solving skills
