Job Description - Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Azure | Microsoft 365)

Weâre looking for a high-calibre Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join a global technology team supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft cloud platforms.

This is not a maintenance role. Youâll be at the centre of designing, optimising, and securing cloud environments that support a large international client base.

What youâll actually do:

â¢ Own and optimise Azure & Microsoft 365 platforms across a global estate

â¢ Design secure, scalable cloud solutions (not just support them)

â¢ Drive automation-first infrastructure using Terraform, Bicep & PowerShell

â¢ Lead incident response & problem management in an ITIL-aligned environment

â¢ Implement governance, security, and compliance controls across cloud platforms

â¢ Improve platform reliability using SRE principles (HA, resilience, observability)

Requirements

What we are looking for:

â¢ 5+ years in IT, with strong cloud infrastructure experience

â¢ Deep expertise in Azure + Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Entra ID, Security)

â¢ Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code & automation

â¢ Strong understanding of cloud governance, security, and cost optimisation

â¢ Ability to operate in complex, global environments with minimal supervision
