Chef de Partie / Commis Chef | Franschhoek | Luxury Hospitality Property

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with fine dining standards
  


• Manage and maintain your designated kitchen section efficiently
  


• Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control
  


• Assist with stock control, ordering, and ingredient management
  


• Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards
  


• Support senior chefs during service and daily kitchen operations
  


• Assist with menu preparation and kitchen organisation
  


• Work collaboratively within a fast-paced luxury kitchen environment
  

Requirements:

• Formal culinary qualification essential
  


• Previous fine dining experience essential
  


• Experience within luxury hospitality environments advantageous
  


• Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
  


• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
  


• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  


• Passion for food, creativity, and guest satisfaction
  


• Professional attitude and strong team player mentality
