Our client, a global leader in customer experience solutions, is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Consultants to join their international team. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone.


• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.


• Accurately capture customer information and interactions.


• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.


• Build positive relationships with customers while representing the brand.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of escalations experience within a call centre.


• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).


• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.


• Comfortable working rotational shifts aligned to UK hours (Monday – Sunday).


• Ability to work full-time from the Cape Town CBD office.
