Compliance Officer

We are looking for a Compliance Officer to join our Cape Town office and support the company in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who wants to develop their career in compliance within a fast-growing international fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and organize compliance documentation and records

Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Support internal teams with compliance-related questions and processes

Assist in handling client requests related to legal or regulatory matters

Support the implementation and improvement of compliance procedures

Monitor regulatory updates and help ensure company practices remain compliant

Prepare and submit regulatory and compliance reports to relevant authorities

Candidate Profile Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles

Experience in financial services, fintech, lending, or regulated industries is an advantage

Basic understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage documentation processes

Bachelor's degree in Law, Compliance, or a related field

English — minimum B2 level
