THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused Consultative Staffing Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the bridge between healthcare facilities and our network of skilled nursing professionals. This is not about transactions — it’s about understanding client needs, building trust, and providing tailored staffing solutions that genuinely solve workforce challenges.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify, engage, and develop new business relationships with hospitals, clinics, care homes, and other healthcare facilities
Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospective and existing clients to understand their staffing requirements
Present tailored staffing solutions aligned with each client’s specific operational and compliance needs
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through networking, outreach, and referrals
Collaborate closely with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements with decision-makers
Manage client accounts, track activity in the CRM, and report on key performance metrics
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape
Represent Ambition 24Hours at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Proven experience in consultative business development, ideally within healthcare staffing, recruitment, or a related industry
A genuine passion for healthcare and helping organisations deliver better patient outcomes
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
Excellent relationship-building and account management capabilities
Ability to understand complex client needs and translate them into compelling staffing solutions
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for client meetings
