Content Marketing Manager

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Content Marketing Manager to lead content strategy for a UK-based business. Working fully remotely from South Africa, you'll create and manage content that builds brand authority, engages audiences, and supports growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the content marketing strategy across blog, email, social, and video
• Commission, write, and edit high-quality content aligned with business goals
• Manage a content calendar and ensure consistent publishing cadence
• Collaborate with SEO, design, and paid media teams to maximise content impact
• Measure content performance and report on engagement and conversion metrics

What You'll Need

• 4+ years in a content marketing or editorial role
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong command of English
• Experience managing content calendars and working with multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress and analytics tools
• Reliable internet and a professional home workspace

What's on Offer

• Salary: R28,000 per month
• Full-time, permanent remote position
• Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
