The Role
You will be responsible for reviewing, renewing and billing customer agreements using Xperience's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) databases. The role will also require the individual to contact our wide-ranging client base where purchase orders are required, and to update the CRM systems where licences have been added to the customer account by our in-house team of Account Managers.
This role will suit a highly organised, efficient and commercially focussed individual who brings experience in client facing administration in a Finance or Professional Services background. As a confident communicator, you'll thrive in ownership and collaboration, working in partnership with colleagues right across our multi-site business to deliver excellence in client experience.
