Coordinator I

NSF is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Coordinator I to join our Food & Nutrition team in Stellenbosch. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, thrives on accuracy, and takes pride in delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers.

Only candidates based in Stellenbosch and immediate surrounds will be considered.

• Coordinate client registrations and support certification activities.
• Set up audits and maintain accurate records within internal systems.
• Process audit documentation within required turnaround times.
• Manage a shared mailbox and respond to client enquiries professionally and promptly.
• Prepare quotations and support operational reporting activities.
• Work closely with auditors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Ensure all administration is completed accurately and within agreed service levels.

• Previous experience in administration, coordination, customer service, or a similar support role.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Confidence working with Microsoft Office applications.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and escalating issues when needed.
• Reliable transport and the ability to work from our Stellenbosch office at least three days per week.
