Job Description - Costing Support Specialist

Position:

Costing Support Specialist

Job Description:

Maintain and create costings, train and support branch users across various Adcorp Group companies

Location:

Johannesburg - Adcorp Place

Contract Type:

Permanent

Minimum Requirements:

Experience:

  • At least 2 years Payroll/Business Administrator essential
  • At least 2 years Payroll systems experience and sound knowledge essential
  • Payroll experience in the Outsourcing/ TES industry advantageous
  • Advanced Excel experience

Qualification:

  • Grade 12

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to train individuals on payroll systems

Roles and Responsibilities:

Costings

  • Ensure accuracy of costing changes implemented.
  • Ensure a second check of all costing changes are conducted before implementation of rates.
  • Ensure standardized practices are adopted across the group.
  • Ensure that all national contracts are linked to the relevant customer accounts to avoid discrepancies.
  • Adhere to timelines, ensuring that all costings are updated as per the agreed turnaround times.
  • Perform administrative tasks associated with support, e.g. register, update, re-assign or escalate incidents as and when required etc.

 

Compliance

  • Ensure that all relevant documentation is attached to the SharePoint log in order to satisfy internal and external audit requirements.
  • Ensure that the Limits of Authority as set down by Exco is adhered to.

 

Support

  • Provide the relevant support with regards to costings to branches as and when required.
  • Provide training to Operations and payroll support team when required.
  • Prepare incident reports as and when required to highlight training requirements etc.
