Job Description - Customer Relations Consultant

The SAE Institute, Cape Town Campus, presents this exciting sales and marketing role in the education space.

The purpose of this role is to represent our brand in the market place and to facilitate the acquisition of students.

Key focus areas include;

External marketing initiatives
Referrals internal and external
Brand initiatives

Requirements

Legal / Qualification / Certification

- Tertiary Qualification in PR / Marketing / Related beneficial

- Active on social media with a strong online presence

Knowledge / Skill

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint

- Experience with CRM systems beneficial

Experience

- Experience in a customer experience and marketing environment

- Experience in the creative media /education industries beneficial

Practical

- Presentation skills and great at public speaking

- Brilliant command of English language

- Own car required
