International Hotel School is seeking a dynamic Customer Relations Consultant to join our team at the North Coast Campus. This role is pivotal in representing our brand in the marketplace and driving student acquisition through strategic engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Execute external marketing initiatives to promote our programs and services.
Manage and grow referral networks (both internal and external).
Champion brand initiatives to strengthen our presence and reputation.

Ideal Candidate

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Passion for education and student success.

Requirements

Experience in a customer experience and marketing environment.

Background in hospitality or education industries is beneficial.

Tertiary qualification in PR, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
