Customer Success Manager

Razor Labs is seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee the successful deployment of our solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. This role demands a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, working closely with clients to deliver exceptional service.

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with substantial client-facing experience and a strong understanding of machinery maintenance, reliability, or site engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery and track DataMind AI results for clients.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to align customer needs with our solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and develop strategies for improvement.
• Coordinate training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the customer base.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or significant client management.
• Proven background and work experience within a mining company.
• Strong foundational knowledge of heavy machinery operations, reliability, and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM software and project management tools.
• Ability and willingness to travel to mining sites as required.
