The Team Leader reports to the Operations Manager

Responsible for

The Team Leader is responsible for all Dark Store staff.

Objectives

• To maximise sales, through fantastic product availability and accurate stock holding.


• To drive customer satisfaction with excellent product quality and quick commerce.


• To minimise costs by controlling wastage and preventing theft


• To train all staff to perform to the highest level.


• To motivate, engage and develop your team members.

Substitution

In the absence of the Team Leader, a Shift Leader will step in.

Duties & Responsibilities

• To communicate effectively at all levels of the business.


• To be open to the business requirements


• To plan staff schedules & holidays to meet the business requirements. 


• To deal with all sickness, lateness and performance management.


• To ensure that health and safety requirements are met at all times.


• To ensure the store is kept clean and tidy


• To communicate all issues that prevent you from achieving your objectives.

To complete any reasonable task that is assigned to your by your line manager.
