Data Scientist

Requirements

• Relevant IT / Business / Engineering Degree
  
• Candidates with one or more of these certifications are
  preferred:
  
• A WS Certified Data Engineer, AWS Certified Developer
  Associate, AWS Certified Data Analytics, AWS
  
• Certified, Architect Associate, AWS Certified Architect
  Professional, Hashicorp Certified Terraform Associate
  
• Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and
  workflows using AWS services, including Python coding
  
• and data ingestion (ETL, Spark) from various data sources
  including APIs, Databases, Files, Streams etc.
  
• Utilize Amazon Quick sight for data visualization,
  reporting, and interpretation to support business
  
• decision making.
  
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, such as
  Terraform, for managing AWS infrastructure
  
• Develop compelling and insightful dashboards that tell a
  clear story from complex data to support business
  
• decisions and drive actionable insights.
  
• Support exploratory data analysis and provide insights to
  drive business objectives.
  
• Strong experience with AWS services including but not
  limited to S3, Glue, Athena, RDS, Lambda,
  
• DynamoDB, EC2, VPC, Step Functions, and other related
  services.
  
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub Actions for version
  control and CI/CD.
  
• Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders
  to understand and analyze business requirements,
  
• including the underlying business context and translate
  business requirements into well -defined technical
  
• specifications.
  
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical
  concepts to technical and non -technical stakeholders
  
• and the ability to engage effectively in a multicultural
  business environment.
  
• Experience in defining acceptance criteria and managing
  scope for technical deliverables.
  
• Adaptability to perform additional tasks under the Agile
  Working Model (AWM) Charter
