Data Scientist

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Senior
Data Scientist to join a dynamic team focused on developing intelligent systems
that drive measurable business outcomes. This role is ideal for a technically
strong data science professional who enjoys solving complex problems,
influencing solution design, and mentoring others while remaining hands-on in
delivery.

The successful candidate will operate as an advanced
contributor and emerging leader, taking ownership of complex workstreams,
shaping analytical and machine learning solutions, and collaborating closely
with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact results.

Key Responsibilities

Data Science & Solution Delivery

·        Solve complex and ambiguous data science
challenges from concept through implementation.

·        Design, develop, and deploy advanced analytical
and machine learning solutions.

·        Translate loosely defined business problems into
structured analytical approaches.

·        Lead and own delivery of key project
workstreams.

·        Contribute to architecture, modelling, and
solution design decisions.

·        Identify opportunities to improve models,
processes, and delivery methodologies.

Technical Leadership

·        Provide technical guidance and mentorship to
junior Data Scientists.

·        Conduct code reviews and support best-practice
development standards.

·        Influence technical direction and solution
approaches within project teams.

·        Promote knowledge sharing and continuous
improvement across the team.

Stakeholder Engagement

·        Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and
business stakeholders.

·        Present findings, insights, and recommendations
clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

·        Support client-facing engagements through
effective communication and problem-solving.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

·        Bachelor's Degree in a STEM-related field
(required).

·        Master's Degree or PhD in a relevant discipline
(advantageous).

Experience

·        Minimum 3–5 years' experience in Data Science,
Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

·        Demonstrated experience solving complex
analytical or machine learning problems.

·        Experience contributing to solution design and
technical decision-making.

·        Previous mentoring or leadership exposure within
technical teams advantageous.

Technical Skills

·        Advanced Python programming skills.

·        Strong understanding of:

o   Machine
Learning

o   Statistics

o   Data
Science methodologies

o   Model
development and evaluation

·        Experience with:

o   Pandas

o   NumPy

o   Scikit-learn

o   PyTorch
and/or TensorFlow

·        Experience working within collaborative software
development environments.
