Job Description - Digital Campaign Specialist

Driving operational excellence within a
dedicated digital ecosystem, this role focuses on the seamless coordination,
execution, and delivery of key platform and campaign performance metrics.
Serving as a central point of contact, the position supports our client's
digital team to ensure all campaign execution requirements and business unit
technologies are fully optimised, delivered on time, and executed in full.

The position acts as a vital bridge between
internal teams, external stakeholders, and third -party suppliers to traffic
workflows effectively from inception to completion. By maintaining stringent
brand consistency and style alignment, the role ensures positive customer
experiences across all digital touchpoints while tracking campaign results to
support revenue -driven outcomes.

This position is a fixed duration contract for 8 months.

Key
Responsibilities

  • Campaign
    Operations & Digital Execution:
    Plan,
    create, ideate, and set up digital campaigns across offered platforms for
    seamless execution. Support our client’s digital team with all business
    unit platforms and campaign technology requirements.

  • Workflow
    & Supplier Management:
    Manage efficient workflows and traffic
    campaigns from start to completion. Work closely with third -party
    suppliers to secure last -mile deliverables, test platform performance, and
    resolve technical bugs alongside support teams.

  • Creative
    Briefing & Asset Delivery:
    Streamline the creative briefing process
    to ensure it is accessible and accurate. In conjunction with internal and
    external stakeholders, deliver accurate, high -quality campaign and content
    assets that conform strictly to client style guides and corporate identity
    guidelines.

  • Financial
    & Performance Management:
    Manage allocated campaign budgets and
    perform thorough post -campaign financial reconciliations. Identify
    strategic opportunities to increase scale across digital services to
    maximize revenue, profitability, and overall project efficiency.

  • Stakeholder
    & Project Management:
    Develop and manage collaborative
    relationships with internal representatives and dedicated client teams.
    Utilise our client's desired workflow platform to manage, track, and
    complete projects within scope, schedule, and budgetary boundaries.



Requirements

  • BA/BCom
    tertiary degree (or equivalent qualification) in a relevant field.

  • Minimum
    3 years of hands -on experience in digital marketing and campaign
    management.

  • Basic
    technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing.

  • Demonstrated
    knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and web traffic metrics.

  • Proficient
    writing skills in English, backed by an accurate editorial mindset and
    strong design sensibilities.

  • Proven
    ability to analyse and present content and digital performance data.

  • Strong
    problem -solving, negotiation, presentation, and conflict management
    capabilities.

  • Firm
    understanding of Media Networks, with a specific focus on Retail Digital
    Media an added advantage
