Digital Engineer

• Design and evolve complex digital solutions using M365, Azure Cloud, and event -driven patterns to support global scalability.
  
• Implement advanced automation solutions, including self -healing remediation runbooks, incident triage, and Power Platform -based business process automation.
  
• Lead the deployment of secure, scalable backend services and APIs, ensuring seamless integration with third -party platforms and internal digital ecosystems.
  
• Drive the adoption of modern technologies (SaaS, Entra ID, Global Secure Access) to replace legacy systems like traditional VPNs.
  
• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Frontend teams to shape technical roadmaps and deliver high -quality, customer -centric features.
  
• Enforce stringent security and compliance policies across digital environments, mitigating vulnerabilities and managing identity lifecycles.
  
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and high engineering standards.
  

• 5 - 8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, or digital support roles.
  
• Hands -on proficiency with Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus), and Entra ID.
  
• Proven experience with PowerShell, Power Automate, and building automated remediation workflows.
  
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, client -side networking patterns, and asynchronous messaging systems.
  
• High emotional intelligence, active listening, and the ability to explain complex technical topics to diverse stakeholders.
