The Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods and passengers to their designated locations. Key Responsibilities: - Safely and responsibly operate company vehicles to transport goods and passengers - Plan and follow the most efficient routes to reach destinations - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and passengers - Assist with loading and unloading of goods as needed - Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition - Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies - Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times - Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members - Provide exceptional customer service to clients - Report any vehicle maintenance or repair needs to management Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Valid driver's license and clean driving record - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a professional driver - Knowledge of local roads and routes - Excellent driving skills and ability to operate various types of vehicles - Strong customer service and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Good time management and organizational skills - Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed Working Conditions: This is a full-time, permanent position based in Durban, South Africa.
