DRIVER / TRUCK ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and deliver parcels, packages, and documents to customers within the assigned routes.

Ensure deliveries and collections are completed accurately and on time.

Verify delivery information and obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery.

Load and unload goods safely and securely.

Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any defects or maintenance requirements.

Keep the assigned vehicle clean and in good working condition.

Adhere to all road traffic laws, health and safety regulations, and company procedures.

Maintain accurate delivery records, trip logs, and fuel records.

Handle customer queries professionally and courteously.

Always safeguard company property and customer consignments.
