Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Drive engineering and quality excellence across high horsepower engine rebuild operations.
  
• Establish and maintain engineering standards, rebuild specifications, Bills of Materials (BOMs), salvage criteria, and engineering change processes across multiple sites.
  
• Lead complex technical investigations, including failure analysis, condition assessments, root cause analysis, and validation of corrective actions.
  
• Promote a data -driven quality culture by leveraging digital tools and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.
  
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks while ensuring effective governance throughout engineering projects.
  
• Lead cross -functional and multi -site engineering initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and engineering standards.
  
• Mentor and support technical teams in advanced problem -solving and quality improvement practices.
  

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical or scientific discipline (or equivalent experience).
  
• Extensive experience in manufacturing, automotive, heavy engineering, engine rebuilds, or another highly regulated industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards, quality systems, and structured problem -solving methodologies.
  
• Proven experience leading engineering projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Previous people management or leadership experience will be advantageous.
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and decision -making skills.
