Enterprise Architect- Integrated Business Planning

• Define target architectures, integration blueprints and transformation roadmaps for IBP.
  
• Ensure seamless integration across planning platforms, data and enterprise systems.
  
• Govern architecture standards, principles and data models.
  
• Architect the integration of Top-Down Business Plans and Bottom-Up Latest Estimates into rolling consensus forecasting.
  
• Drive simplification, scalability and real-time/near-real-time data integration.
  
• Advise senior executives on technology, architecture and transformation decisions.
  
• Provide architectural assurance across major initiatives and Agile/SAFe delivery teams.
  

Requirements

• Extensive Enterprise Architecture experience in FMCG/CPG.
  
• Strong knowledge of Integrated Business Planning and end-to-end planning processes.
  
• Expertise in Azure Data Platform, modern data architecture, integration and APIs.
  
• Practical TOGAF experience.
  
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
  
• Strong executive stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  
• Matric + relevant tertiary qualification.
