Drive business growth by promoting company technologies through clinician education, product demonstrations, and in-lab procedure support. Build strong partnerships with physicians, EP lab staff, and stakeholders to increase adoption of EP solutions while delivering high-quality clinical support. \n \n\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSales \u0026 Commercial Responsibilities \n\u2022 Act as the primary point of contact for EP products within the assigned territory, combining clinical expertise with a strong commercial mindset. \n\u2022 Identify customer needs and actively drive sales opportunities by positioning EP solutions effectively. \n\u2022 Deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to physicians, EP lab staff, and key stakeholders. \n\u2022 Partner closely with the sales team to execute account strategies, support pipeline development, and achieve sales targets. \n\u2022 Build and maintain strong relationships with EP physicians, nurses, technicians, and hospital stakeholders. \n\u2022 Support negotiations and contribute to the overall commercial success within the territory. \n\u2022 Respond to customer queries and collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical support, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction. \n \n\n\nClinical Support \n\u2022 Provide in-lab support during EP procedures, ensuring proper system setup and real-time technical assistance. \n\u2022 Support clinicians with mapping strategies, troubleshooting, and workflow optimisation. \n\u2022 Deliver clinical training sessions on system usage, software, and best practices. \n\u2022 Maintain strong clinical knowledge through continuous training and development. \n\u2022 Provide on-call support when required to meet customer and procedural needs. \n \n\n\nStock \u0026 Operational Management \n\u2022 Manage inventory within the assigned territory, ensuring appropriate stock levels for cases and customer needs. \n\u2022 Forecast product demand in collaboration with sales and supply chain teams. \n\u2022 Coordinate product ordering, delivery, and replenishment aligned with case schedules. \n\u2022 Track and maintain accurate inventory records, including consignment stock. \n\u2022 Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. \n\u2022 Support product returns, exchanges, and loaner processes where needed. \n \n\n\nJob Scope and Leveling Guidelines\n\n\u2022 Knowledge: \nDeveloping professional with foundational knowledge or strong interest in electrophysiology, medical devices, or clinical environments. Understanding of hospital workflows is an advantage.\n\n\u2022 Problem Solving: \nAble to assess clinical and commercial situations, identify solutions, and support decision-making with guidance where needed.\n\n\u2022 Planning and Organisation: \nCapable of managing territory activities, including customer engagement, case support, and sales responsibilities.\n\n\u2022 Discretion / Latitude: \nWorks with general guidance while taking ownership of territory performance, customer relationships, and development.\n\nRequirements\n\n\u2022 Qualified Clinical Technologist, Biomedical background, or similar healthcare-related degree \n\u2022 Exposure to electrophysiology (EP) or strong interest in developing a career in EP \n\u2022 High learning agility and motivation to develop both clinical and commercial expertise \n\u2022 Strong communication and interpersonal skills \n\u2022 Willingness to work in a field-based, customer-facing role \n\u2022 Fluency in [local language] and English \n\u2022 Ability to travel within the assigned territory \n \n\n\nRequisition ID: 627570\n\nBoston Scientific transforms lives through innovative medical technologies that improve the health of patients around the world.
