Executive Chef

• Lead all food production, menu innovation, and luxury culinary concepts across all dining outlets, weddings, and special events
  
• Manage financial targets by developing strict food costing strategies, stock control protocols, and wastage reduction systems 
  
• Enforce complete compliance with HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems across all kitchens and storage areas 
  
• Mentor and develop high -performing culinary teams, managing performance reviews, training, and scheduling 
  
• Oversee administrative reporting, including accurate recipe standardisation, asset maintenance, and supplier purchasing 
  

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in an Executive Chef or similar luxury culinary role 
  
• Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Professional Cookery, Culinary Arts, or Hospitality Management 
  
• Certifications: HACCP and Food Safety certification is highly advantageous 
  
• Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems (TallOrder experience is a plus) 
  
• Key Attributes: Advanced food and wine knowledge, strong financial acumen, and a passion for 5 -star service excellence
