Executive Chef | Luxury Villa | Greater Kruger

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an exceptional Executive Chef for an exclusive luxury villa in the Greater Kruger region.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a highly skilled culinary professional with a passion for fine dining and luxury hospitality. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating exceptional, personalised dining experiences for discerning guests while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation and kitchen operations.

Live-in position

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver exceptional fine dining menus tailored to individual guest preferences

• Prepare and present world-class cuisine using premium, seasonal ingredients

• Create bespoke culinary experiences for private dining and special occasions

• Lead, mentor and inspire the kitchen team to maintain the highest culinary standards

• Ensure exceptional food presentation, consistency and attention to detail

• Maintain impeccable food hygiene and kitchen safety standards

• Manage kitchen operations, stock control, ordering and supplier relationships

• Monitor food costs and kitchen budgets while maintaining quality

• Cater for dietary requirements and special requests with creativity and precision

• Continuously develop innovative menus and culinary offerings that exceed guest expectations

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience as an Executive Chef within a luxury lodge, private villa or five-star hospitality environment

• Proven expertise in high-end fine dining cuisine

• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills

• Exceptional creativity and passion for culinary excellence

• Experience creating bespoke menus for luxury clientele

• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations

• Strong financial awareness, including stock and cost control

• Outstanding organisational and time management skills

• Calm, professional and adaptable under pressure

• Passion for delivering unforgettable luxury dining experiences
