We are seeking a highly capable, proactive Executive Research & Operations Assistant to
support an entrepreneur, investor, and business operator working across multiple companies
and investment opportunities.
This is not a traditional diary-management or administrative assistant role. We're looking for
someone who can think critically, conduct high-level research, leverage AI tools effectively, and
take ownership of projects with minimal supervision.
The successful candidate will become a trusted extension of the executive, helping analyse
investment opportunities, review business information, support legal and commercial projects,
and manage operational priorities.
What You'll Be Doing
● Conducting detailed company, market, and competitor research
● Producing investment and business briefing reports
● Reviewing legal, commercial, and corporate documents
● Supporting due diligence and transaction processes
● Analysing funding rounds, investor activity, and market trends
● Preparing summaries, recommendations, and action plans
● Managing operational projects and following them through to completion
● Assisting with client-facing communications and virtual meetings
● Using AI platforms to accelerate research and workflow efficiency
● Identifying problems independently and proposing solutions
Essential Requirements
You must be an advanced user of modern AI tools, including:

We're looking for someone who understands that AI is more than simply entering prompts into a
chatbot.
Research & Analytical Skills
You should be able to:

● Analyse complex business situations
● Produce concise and actionable reports
● Work through ambiguity without requiring step-by-step instructions
