Nxatel is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Team Lead to manage and grow our on-the-ground sales presence. The ideal candidate will lead a team of field sales representatives, drive sign sales performance to meet revenue targets, and ensure the highest levels of professionalism and compliance with Nxatelâs code of conduct.
â Lead, coach, and manage a team of field sales representatives to meet monthly and quarterly sign sales targets.
â Ensure each team member is accountable for signing up new clients and closing deals in the field.
â Personally drive and close sign sales for high-value accounts and priority opportunities.
â Develop sales strategies and daily canvassing plans for business districts, SME hubs, and under-served areas.
â Support recruitment, training, and onboarding of new field agents to accelerate sign sales capability.
â Conduct regular performance reviews, field visits, and team training to improve conversion rates.
â Track and report on individual and team sales performance with a focus on sign-up metrics.
â Maintain CRM records of signed customers, documentation, and contract compliance.
â Uphold and enforce Nxatelâs disciplinary code, ensuring team compliance with all conduct standards.
â Collaborate with the support and admin team to ensure seamless post-sign-up activation.
Work Environment:
- This role typically works in an office environment and may be required to work extra hours during end-of-month, quarterly or yearly close, or during times of financial audits or budget preparations. Add value to our growing company.
â Matric certificate (essential); further qualifications in business or sales are an advantage.
â At least 2 years of sales experience, including 1 year in a leadership or team supervisory role.
â Demonstrated success in closing sign sales or contracts in a B2B environment.
â Confident communicator with persuasive presentation and negotiation skills.
â Basic CRM proficiency and reporting capabilities.
â Self-motivated, professional, and target-driven.
â Driverâs license and own vehicle preferred.
â Field team leadership and supervision

â Basic Salary: R12,000 per month
â Commission: Uncapped, based on signed deals
