As a Figma Systems Designer, you will build scalable design systems that power multi‑localization campaign production across retail, digital, and print.
- Create component libraries and templates that scale across markets, languages, and formats.
- Ensure files are structured for safe population and rollout by other team members.
- Develop master files and derivative systems as single sources of truth.
- Support campaign production with localization logic for diverse languages and text lengths.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless handoff across digital and print pipelines.
- Apply systems thinking to QA and continuously improve design workflows.
