FINANCE & OPS MANAGER - CLAREMONT, CPT

You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure the financial engine of the business runs like a well -oiled machine, all while introducing smarter systems and more scalable processes. Finance and Financial Reporting expertise

Proficiency in IFRS, GAAP / Accounting practices

Effective communication and leadership abilities

Experience in the financial services industry is a plus

Excellent Operations Management skills

Strong Analytical Skills

Solid background in process automation, system implementation, and financial reporting

Analytical mindset with excellent problem -solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to balance speed and accuracy while driving continuous improvement

Experience with troubleshooting financial systems and ensuring seamless data integration

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

CA(SA) or CGMA qualification preferred.

Minimum of 2 years post -qualification experience in a financial management or operational finance role

Experience working with Xero is advantageous; familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial
