Finance Consultant (Chief Expert)

This role focuses
on delivering finance and treasury solutions within a global IT environment.
The successful candidate will coordinate market rollouts, drive finance process
implementation, and ensure solutions are aligned with business and technical requirements.

The role requires
extensive expertise in financial accounting and treasury processes, strong
stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead complex initiatives
across multiple teams and markets.

Roles &
Responsibilities

• Coordinate and take ownership of a
  market rollout within the assigned product area.
  
• Maintain overview of Feature Team
  specific processes and structures.
  
• Ensure that the Feature Team solution
  for a market is implemented and tested.
  

Fit -to -Template
Activities

• Conduct all FIT/GAP workshops and
  introduce template processes to markets.
  
• Ensure workshops result in FITs or
  pre -evaluated GAPs.
  
• Organise and ensure potential GAPs
  are discussed with Feature Team experts.
  
• Maintain documentation of findings
  according to the centrally provided documentation approach.
  
• Ensure required data collection
  sheets are completed, including master data and customising.
  

Rollout &
Support

• Ensure business and technical rollout
  activities are included in Feature Team wave planning and backlog.
  
• Maintain overview of Feature Team
  specific defects and coordinate their resolution.
  
• Plan and ensure training is
  conducted.
  
• Ensure migration mapping workshops
  take place and result in final mappings.
  
• Ensure authorisation topics are
  collected and addressed to the appropriate teams.
  
• Support Feature Team specific UAT
  planning.
  
• Support cutover activities, migration
  activities and coordination during the stabilisation phase.

Qualifications
& Experience

• BCom in Accounting (minimum)
  
• Postgraduate degree or certification
  (preferred)
  
• Chartered Accountant or MBA
  (advantageous)
