Duties & Responsibilities
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment and farm machinery.
Diagnose and repair mechanical breakdowns.
Maintain bearings, shafts, sprockets, chains, pulleys, gearboxes, pumps and conveyors.
Perform mechanical fitting, alignment, welding, fabrication, cutting, drilling and grinding where required.
Maintain livestock handling, feeding and water systems.
Assist with maintenance of generators, compressors and other supporting equipment.
Respond to urgent breakdowns affecting farm operations.
Maintain a safe and organised workshop and comply with health and safety requirements.Forward cv to; [email protected]
